While training and adherence to approved operating standards minimises these risks, they cannot be completely eliminated. No guarantees as to a participants safety can be given and Skydive Ireland or any related parties does not make any claim that any skydive or jump will be accident or injury free. Participants take part STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you do not understand and accept the risks inherent in parachuting and skydiving activities, you should not participate in them.

All training courses and parachute operations are conducted in accordance with an approval from the Irish Aviation Authority. All Instructors and Pilots are approved in accordance with the requirements of the Irish Aviation Authority.

All dropzones and airfield/airport locations are licensed and approved by the Irish Aviation Authority.

PRIOR TO PARTAKING IN ANY SKYDIVING ACTIVITY YOU MUST SIGN AND AGREE TO A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT. WHEN YOU SIGN AND AGREE TO THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SKYDIVING/PARACHUTING/FLYING. YOU ARE ADVISED IN THE AGREEMENT THAT THE COMPANY CONDUCTING THE PARACHUTING DOES NOT HOLD AN INSURANCE POLICY THAT COVERS YOU FOR INJURY OR DEATH OR ANY OTHER LOSS.
